Last night was a great night! Starting in the Golden State game, the best hit of the night was by far Terry Rozier 30+ points and win. The prop was set at +1060 and while Terry started slow, his 20 fourth quarter points and game winner sealed it. The other big hit of the night was Kendrick Nunn 20+ points and win also at +1060. We hit the Lavine 30+ points and win, as well as Bulls moneyline and Bulls +1.5. We also hit Beal 35+ points and a Russ triple-double. What a way to wrap up the night!
The misses tonight started with the first game of the night, where Cody Zeller props, Lamelo triple double, and Oubre 20+ and win all didn’t hit. Cody Zeller did not do much (5 points and 5 rebounds), Lamelo didn’t get a triple double (rare ineffective game), and while Oubre hit 25 points, the Warriors were not able to pull off a win. If you took Oubre at 20+ points, you may have still done well.
In the Lakers game, we missed both of the Bam props, as he really didn’t score in the fourth after a solid start (ended with 16 and 10). Jimmy Butler went over his points prop and to little surprise, he didn’t get a triple double. However, if he got another triple double, that would have been insane. Duncan Robinson only scored 12 points, which was surprising with Herro going down, but Nunn went off to save the day. Kuzma hit 20+ but the Lakers didn’t win the game, so similar to Oubre, just taking his prop should still have paid well.
The Suns game was a complete wash; the Grizzlies were down and barely any starter for either team hit their props. The Suns had a 32-point lead entering the fourth, which is a killer for sports bettors everywhere. Ja only had 12 points, while Ayton ended with 7 and 6, and CP3 had 16 points and 6 assists. If he had played in the fourth, he would have hit his 20 points which would have made up for the other losses.
Moving on to the Kings and Bulls game, Fox ended with 20 points and while he didn’t have his greatest performance, he could have easily hit 30+ points against this team. Coby White hit 5 threes, but in the end, couldn’t manage to get 20 points and ended 1.5 baskets short at 17 points.
In the final game of the night, the Blazers disappointed big time and killed a lot of the prop doubles, which all hit as single props. Lillard had 35 points total and Trent hit 4 threes to go along with 16 points.
The Pelicans are not a great defensive team by any means, exemplified by being in the bottom 5 of the worst teams against shooting guards in the league. So, I like Jaylen Brown to hit three 3’s and win +255, as well as Brown to score 25+. For the odds, 30+ could be worth a sprinkle but 25+ is pretty safe. I’m going under on Jayson Tatum’s points prop today, which currently sits at 25.5. He’s more than capable of doubling that prop on any given night, but I just think tonight is more of a Jaylen Brown night due to the favorable matchup. Brandon Ingram over 22.5 points seems like a solid play, as the Celtics are a middle of the pack team defensively against the sf position. Tristan Thompson 10+ and Boston win at +320 is very tempting to put something on, as he has hit 10+ in two straight (14, 17) and had 9 the game before that. Thompson is an animal on the glass, so I expect him to put up some points on put backs and second chance opportunities against a below average defense. Zion should have an awesome game because I do not think there’s a player on the Celtic’s roster that can actually guard him. I like Zion over 35 points and could definitely see him having one of his best games of the season. One last play for this game is Eric Bledsoe over 11.5 points.
A small same game parlay I put together for this game was Zion 35+ points, Jaylen Brown over 2.5 made threes, Jaylen Brown 25+ points, and Tatum under 25.5 points. +2454
$2 3am parlay (pays $13,539)
Last night I put together a six-leg parlay and the odds are just too tempting for me. I could not help but to sprinkle a little money on this. I personally wouldn’t max bet this because there are a lot of parts and things that need to bounce the right way. But it is very realistic, even if you chose to round robin. We have come close two days in a row to hitting one, it’s bound to happen soon. We will hit!
Jaylen Brown 3+ made threes and Celtics win +255
Nikola Vucevic 14+ rebounds and Magic win+320
Karl Towns 12+ rebounds +136
OKC ml -126
Joel Embiid 35+ points +198
Nikola Jokic 25+ points and Nuggets win +200
James Harden Triple double and Nets win +1100
