Colby Cummings, host of The Football Discussion and Lets Cash, is back to serve some winning NFL Conference Championship bets. We look to stay hot and finish the home stretch of the NFL season on a high note.
Performance Last Week
The Divisional Round week was no different than the rest of the season. We made some bets, and cashed some tickets. We are RED HOT right now and this entire season has been a series of fortunate events. We put in a live hedge and ended the week 1.35-0 (100%). You can follow these live picks on Twitter @BasedColby.
Last week’s 10-point sweetheart teaser cashed easily and made us a unit during a week where we didn’t have much action on the reduced number of games. KC was the only game we needed those extra points, but the good news is we are getting good reads on these games, and serving winners.
We had New Orleans to round out the moneyline parlay, and three Drew Brees interceptions later, Saints fans are facing another playoff heart-breaker. Thankfully we got in a live hedge, to still made some money after getting the first three games right. So even when we lose, we still win.
6-point Teaser: TB +10 and TB/GB over 44.5
We’ve got two first ballot Hall-of-Famers going head to head in the conference championship. What more could we fans ask for? Tampa Bay dominated the first matchup, and while I don’t expect a game similar to that October meeting, I still see some clear advantages for Tampa Bay in this one. Also, the tease gets us a full possession of points. Vegas has done a good job handicapping both teams in this matchup, so getting away from their number and allowing them to be right still gives us the opportunity to make money. Here’s the tale of the tape:
- TB offense 3rd DVOA vs GB defense 17th
- TB offense 5th pass DVOA vs GB defense 15th
- TB 10-8 ATS and hitting the over
- GB 10-7 hitting the over
Moneyline Parlay at +334 Odds
I’ve never been in on Green Bay as much as others. They’re good, not great, and they’re meeting a red hot Buccaneers teams looking to get back home for a game for the first time these playoffs. And as far as KC/BUF it’s an impossible game to pick a side, but I’ll lean towards KC if Mahomes is playing. Nothing would surprise me in that one, but Mahomes in Arrowhead is tough to argue against. The moneyline parlay to win a unit is as follows:
