The NBA Eastern Conference Finals figure to be intense. Here’s what to watch for and how to place your bets for Game 2!
This Hawks and Bucks series should be a really great series for us to hit some props in. Trae Young has been fantastic for the Hawks in the playoffs, leading them to victories in New York, Philly, and Milwaukee. Trae’s prop is set at 30.5 points and I like him to score 30 for sure. He struggled in game 7 only making five shots but still hit 9 free throws. I also like Trae to record 10 assists or even over 10.5 at +126 could be solid. His line is set at 9.5 at -142, so not the greatest line.
While John Collins has only hit one for his last nine shots from deep, he has been incredible on the boards. Recording 31 rebounds over his last two games. I lean towards over 16.5 points for Collins, as he shot so well against the Bucks this season and should be able to see a few shots fall from deep tonight. Clint Cappella is one of the best rebounders in the league recording 19 rebounds in game one. I like Clint to score 10 points and to go over 13.5 rebounds.
I like Giannis under 33.5 points as he only hit it by .5 points last game, when he shot a playoff high 6-8 free throws. I love Giannis over 5.5 assists as he had nine in game one. Middleton struggled in game one but I expect him to bounce back and I like him to score at least 20 points. Jrue was great in game one and I like him for over 7.5 assists, as well as over 17.5-19.5 points.
Game 2 Prediction
I like the Hawks +8 as I think that’s just too many points to give them, despite the Bucks being the better team record wise. The Hawks are a sneaky good team who can shoot lights out from deep and play solid team defense. Trae has blossomed into a superstar, leading the show and I expect a close game that comes down to the wire again.
